Shipping Information

At MKV Golf Co, we aim to get your vintage golf gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

Duties and Import Taxes


For orders shipped to the United States or United Kingdom, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are collected at checkout through Shopify. This means the total you pay when placing your order includes the product price, shipping, and any estimated duties, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. Collecting these fees upfront ensures smoother customs clearance, faster delivery, and a hassle-free experience for you. Please note that duties are calculated based on the product type, value, and destination country.

For US customers: 
The U.S. government has officially confirmed that the Section 321 de minimis program will be fully removed for all countries by August 29, 2025. This means that for Canadian sellers like us, duties my apply to our US customers moving forward. We are working out best to minimize this, but please keep this in mind moving forward. 

Orders

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to Canada, United States, and the United Kingdom.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Canada: 2–7 business days
    • USA: 5–10 business days
    • United Kingdom: 8-12 business days
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
  • Please ensure accurate shipping information is included in your order, such as country, city, address, and unit number if applicable. Any discrepancies in shipping information can lead to the package having to be re-shipped. If this occurs, the customer will be charged for re-shipment. 

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to protect your vintage apparel and accessories. We use eco-friendly materials where possible because we care about the planet as much as we care about golf.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every MKV Golf Co item is a unique vintage find, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to:

  • Review the product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing
  • Contact us with any questions about fit, condition, or details before placing your order

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
